RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ApexStar, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering premium motorcycle gloves, riding gear, and apparel. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are included.
  • The product shows no signs of use, damage, dirt, or alteration.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn while riding may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was delivered by ApexStar.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
