ApexStar currently ships throughout Pakistan.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

* Major Cities: 2-5 Business Days
* Remote Areas: 4-6 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges 

If not express free Shipping then the charges are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk of Loss 

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by the courier partner.
